How is Acumen Score calculated?
Each rostered player's college maps to a 0–100 score based on its rank in a hand-compiled college-rankings table (rank #1 → 100, down to ≈0 for the lowest-ranked school in the table). A team's Acumen Score is the average of that score across every player on the roster, bench included.
Team defenses aren't scored (they didn't attend a college). A player whose college isn't in the table — or isn't on file at all — scores a flat 0 rather than being left out of the average.
This is a for-fun stat: the rankings table is approximate and hand-maintained, not pulled from a live, verified ranking source.
